Born in auray but carnacois since always, Pierre Michaud is impassioned and reveals without counting the secrets of his native Brittany.

L'épice, le Miel et l'herbe de pousse

What inspires this young chief of about thirty year is to propose a kitchen to you “Which takes you out beaten tracks”; imagining according to the seasons and this several times per annum; while never taking again a recipe even if this one “went well”.

 

 

PAINTINGS

One of many passions of Pierre, painting, is in the beginning a first attempt, but it “allowed me to decorate the restaurant  Michaud Pierre's way”. Moreover “my fabrics meets a sharp success towards the customers ” and “I must acknowledge that that pleases us”. Attention I do not have “any talent” in all objectivity; it's only a hobby for my sensitivity and can be the beginning of an artistic fibre!

Obviously everyone can write, but when the desire or anger pushes us, it is good sometimes to paint the white sheet. Still a history of sensitivity.
